Get ready for the highlight of the year 2022 and register for the CC Finland New Year’s camp ASAP! This international camp for young adults will be held in Loimaa, Finland on 29/12 to 1/1.

On the darkest days of the year, what would be better than to come together with other Christians to enjoy fellowship, Bible studies and daily prayers. While celebrating the New Year, you will get a chance to catch up with old friends and even make some new ones.

We are excited to welcome pastors Daniel Brandt (Sweden), Mikael Bruun (Norway) and Mika Tervakangas (Finland) as our teachers! Their teachings will cover the topics of bravery and emotions in the life of King David. The highlight of the camp will be the New Year’s Eve celebration, where everyone is welcome to contribute their own New Year’s traditions.

The main Bible studies as well as the daily prayers will be in English. Please note that one of the presentations (held by Mika Tervakangas) will be in Finnish.

Since we have limited capacity for attendees, you must act fast! Register already today!

Registration by December 18:

The camp fee is 100 €, including accommodation, program, and meals. After the mass on Sunday, it’s possible to buy lunch at the institute where the Sunday service is held.

The address for the venue is Parravahantie 331, 32300 Loimaa, Finland.

What do you need to pack with you? Make sure to pack enough layers, cozy and warm clothing – both for outdoor and indoor activities. Also take your own bedding, towel, and swimsuit for ice swimming. Note that for the New Year’s Eve celebration, there is a cocktail/semiformal dress code. In addition to the dress code, we invite you to dress up in a masquerade mask. Please bring sweets or salty snacks from your own country. And don’t forget to pack your Bible and notebook!

Arrival: Loimaa railway station, where we can pick you up by car if needed. (Trains from Toijala arriving at 16.12 and trains from Turku arriving at 16.43).

The Mission Diocese of Finland is the organizer of this event.
