Divine services in Utsjoki

Divine services began in Utsjoki, the northernmost tip of Finland, 450 kilometres north of the Polar Circle, on the First Sunday in Advent, 2017, with 15 local people in attendance. The atmosphere was very warm and the venue, the Utsjoki Wilderness Lodge, was cosy. A decision was made to continue services once a month for the time being. The next service was scheduled for 7 January 2018.
